Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle the visa and Nusuk authorization?
Yes. We process your pilgrimage visa and the required permits through the official Nusuk system on your behalf. You provide your documents and we manage the rest.
What is included in a package?
Packages are built around your needs and typically cover flights, hotels near the Holy Mosques, ground transportation, guided rites, and on-trip support. Contact us and we will confirm exactly what is included for your trip in writing.
Do you offer payment plans?
Please contact us to discuss the payment options available for your trip. We will walk you through the terms clearly before you commit.
How large are your groups?
Our groups are kept manageable so every pilgrim receives personal attention and a calmer, more focused experience. Contact us for the group size on your preferred departure.
Can women travel with Al Forqan?
Absolutely. We welcome women traveling with family and, where regulations permit, those traveling within an organized group. Our team prioritizes safety, comfort, and dignity, with female-friendly arrangements and dedicated support throughout.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are provided in writing with every booking. Deposits and refunds depend on timing and airline or hotel conditions, and your advisor will walk you through the policy fully before you commit.
How close are the hotels to the Haram?
We arrange hotels close to the Holy Mosques and will tell you the exact property, distance, and walking time for your trip before you book, so you can choose with confidence.
Do you offer Ramadan Umrah?
Yes. We arrange Ramadan Umrah trips, including the blessed final ten nights. These fill quickly, so early booking is strongly recommended.
Who is eligible for Hajj and how does the lottery work?
Hajj is open to able Muslims who have not yet performed the obligatory pilgrimage, with priority given to first-time pilgrims under current Nusuk rules. Allocations can be limited and subject to selection, so we recommend registering interest early and we will guide you through every step.
What should I pack for the journey?
We provide a packing checklist covering ihram, comfortable footwear, modest clothing, and essentials. Pack light and let us handle the logistics; your guide covers everything before departure.
